After 12 years in business and having spent the last 5 years supporting coaches and health professionals to start and scale their own business online, I know exactly what it takes to create consistent clients, $10k+ months and a greater work-life balance.
Though I’m not your average business coach.
I’m a mix of head and heart. My support is strategic yet spiritual. I coach intuitively, wearing the hats of your coach, consultant, teacher & mentor. This ensures you get the exact support you need, when you need it so that you get to where you want to be, quickest.
Personally, after years of feeling stuck and unfulfilled in the 9-5 grind and a life-changing yoga teacher training experience in Bali, I made the bold decision to quit that lifestyle. I became a certified coach and combined that with my years in marketing & management positions, to build what is now a six-figure business and life that I truly adore.
As I began my coaching practice I also began a journey of healing and personal growth, embarking on all the cleansing, holistic and healing experiences (very Eat, Pray, Love!). I’m committed to my personal practices of feminine embodiment, having picked up certifications along the way in yoga teaching, reiki, inner child healing, and more recently qualified as a trauma-informed somatic practitioner.
This journey has wildly transformed who I am, the space I hold and the transformation I facilitate.
